The course may be closed to visitors on other occasions (eg Society reservation or Inter Club matches). All golfers wishing to play Gerrards Cross are advised to telephone the Professional or Secretary before setting out.
Guest
To qualify for the members' guest green fee rate, all guests must play with a member and be signed in at the Professional shop by that member. These guests are welcome on weekdays and on a very limited basis at weekends and Bank Holidays on the understanding that they will be unable to play during booked starting times...
No visitor may be permitted to play on more than 6 occasions in any membership year at the guest rate, whether introduced by the same member or not.
Members unsure about their full responsibilities in respect of invited guests should, in the first instance, discuss their proposals with the Secretary.
