The Clubhouse

The clubhouse provides members and guests with all the facilities you would expect of a premium club:

  • a range of comfortable lounges, with access to a beautiful outdoor area for al-fresco eating and drinking
  • well maintained changing rooms with shower facilities, toiletries and complementary towels,
  • great food from a wide and varied menu and well stocked bar, open all day
  • a large function room for club functions and private hire
  • a snooker room with a full-size table
  • Sky Sports to enjoy televised sporting events
  • a wide range of social events including quizzes, dinner dances, bridge and mahjong

The Clubhouse opens at 07:30; Teas & coffees are available from the bar as soon as the Club is open.

The bar menu operates from 07:30 Wed to Sun and 10:00 Mon to Tues offering a full range of breakfast dishes, sandwiches, snacks and main courses.  We run regular chef's specials which offer that bit of extra variation for our more regular members with seasonal changes keeping the menus fresh and varied.  The kitchen closes at 17:00 each day, unless by prior arrangement.

The Club Bar serves from 8:00 each day and remains open till late. 

The Clubhouse closes at 20:00 Mon to Fri and 19:00 on a weekend, if the Clubhouse is empty.  The Club and Bar will remain open longer on occasions when events are taking place or when members are present.

Private function hire

There is no room hire charge to members to hold their social function.  Room hire for non-members is £250 for the Dining/ function room or £100 for the Chalfont Room or Burrows Bar.

The spacious and well-appointed Dining Room can cater for 90-120 people for a sit-down meal and 150-200 for a more informal reception event.  With stunning views over the 1st & 18th holes visitors to the club marvel at the views from the Clubhouse.  With the Club bar located right next to the Dining Room and a large dance floor area also available the layout offers a practicality that sets us aside from other venues in the area.

Our menus are changed on a regular basis to make use of the best seasonal produce available. We have a fantastic catering team led by Chris Tarry, Head Chef who is more than happy to create bespoke menus on request to make your event as you want.  Any special dietary request can be accommodated given sufficient notice.

Meeting rooms

Set in picturesque Buckinghamshire countryside but close to the M25 and M40, with ample parking and great transport links Gerrards Cross Golf Club is a great choice for your meeting.  Our meeting rooms all have natural light. They can accommodate up to 30 people depending on the setup style that you require; larger events can be accommodated within the Dining Room.  AV equipment is available on site and other equipment can be arranged with prior notice.

We can cater for all your refreshment needs throughout your time at the Club from coffee and Danish pastries to get the day started, working buffet lunches or sit-down meals.

We have regular clients using our meeting room facilities on a weekly basis which is testament to the attentive but unobtrusive service they receive at the club.
